As most of you in the industry know, Sadisco is a pioneer in the salvage pool industry and has been providing quality salvage pool and auction services for over 40 years to insurance companies and fleet providers. Sadisco continues to aggressively invest in technology and physical improvements to our locations in order to remain competitive in the industry. Our most recent enhancement is SadisoLive, which allows seller interaction with our combination of on-site, real-time Internet and Internet proxy bidding at each auction. As a result, Sadisco offers a complete array of Internet and on site auction services at all of our 24 locations. We specialize in customized, real time reports via the Internet as well.
The accelerated consolidation efforts in the salvage industry continue to reduce the number of salvage providers which have zoned facilities and land in the Southeastern U.S. The Sadisco strategic business plan provides for us to continue to be an economic alternative to the consolidation that reduces the competitive service providers for clients such as your organization in our area.

The availability of our facilities during catastrophic conditions is, however, restricted to our regular customers unless and until a contract is negotiated and executed for such services at the time of the catastrophe.
Frankly, we think it makes a lot of business sense to secure space in a catastrophe by providing and contracting for a portion of your salvage service needs on a normal daily basis. Additionally, providing a portion of your salvage service needs to Sadisco is an economically sound business decision that protects your organization from the downside of total consolidation within the salvage pool industry.
While we absolutely plan to continue in the auction and salvage services business, we are exploring additional economic uses of the land that would severely reduce the availability of space for salvage services.
In summary, Sadisco continues to invest in the core auction and salvage services business and we aggressively seek your business. To dispel all rumors, Sadisco is not for sale and we will not provide, lease nor make available directly or indirectly any facilities for any entity or competitor in the storage and auction services business.
